Rutgers quarterback Tom Savage started a game on the road for the first time, and the Scarlet Knights came away with a 27-10 win at Army. Savage was 10 of 20 for 164 yards in the game, and made several nice passes and also missed a few sure-fire touchdowns. Savage talked about his performance, what went well for the offense and what needs work.
