CHICAGO - Former DePaul basketball standout Lemone Lampley has been named the Assistant Director for Athletic Development it was announced today by Blue Demon Athletic Director Jean Lenti Ponsetto.
"We are thrilled to have Lemone returning to the
athletic family. He is a tremendous example of how intercollegiate athletics can prepare a student-athlete for a successful life after their playing career has been completed," Ponsetto said. "Lemone will be a fantastic representative for our department and we look forward to having him work with our alumni on a daily basis."
"I am very enthusiastic about returning to my alma mater especially in athletics where my roots at DePaul began," Lampley said. "I am looking forward to connecting with my fellow alums and helping to enhance the collegiate experience for current and future Blue Demon student-athletes."
