PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- With the front end of the Nor'easter hitting campus late in the morning, Rutgers took practice inside the bubble. Afterward, he met with media to discuss the latest happenings leading up to Saturday's game with Army.

Rutgers is three days away from getting back on the field against Army, and after Wednesday's practice inside the bubble coach Kyle Flood discusses several things.
