Schilling Takes Off at De La Salle

De La Salle’s Gavin Schilling had an impressive junior season for the Meteors and is a class of 2013 prospect on the rise.

If it weren’t for an ankle sprain at the end of the season, we would have witnessed Gavin Schilling leading the Meteors into the IHSA playoffs.

The 6-9 big man is listed as a 3-star prospect by Scout.com in the class of 2013.

After an impressive junior year, Schilling has no shortage of colleges to choose from, many of whom have offered scholarships.

“Right now I have offers from DePaul, Providence, Minnesota, Oregon State, USC, TCU, George Washington, Auburn, and Penn State,” said Gavin.
